At THE WATCH TIME, we understand that a premium watch is a significant investment. We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase. If your order arrives and does not meet our high standards, our return policy is designed to protect your purchase.

7-Day Return & Exchange Window You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request. To be eligible, the timepiece must meet the following criteria:

  1. Original Condition: The watch must be unworn and unused.
  2. Protective Packaging: All original protective films, plastic wraps, and stickers must be intact and unpeeled.
  3. No Modifications: Watches that have been resized, had links removed, or had straps altered are not eligible for return.
  4. Complete Set: The original box, warranty cards, manuals, and certificates of authenticity must be included.

📸 MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO Due to the high-value nature of our inventory, an unboxing video is strictly required for any claim.

  • The video must be recorded in one continuous take (no edits).
  • It must show the courier seal being broken and the watch being inspected for the first time.
  • Without this video, no return, exchange, or refund will be processed under any circumstances.

Refund Processing Once the return is received at our facility, it will undergo a technical inspection. Upon approval, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
